Pumpkin Pizzelles

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened

eggs
1 cup
canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups
flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
2 teaspoons
baking powder
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon
ground ginger

(or maybe instead of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, 2 t pumpkin pie spice instead)
