1 gallon hot water, 190-210g of dry chai (tea and spices), bring to a boil for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a fine China cap strainer (the finest you can get). Weigh out your liquid output in grams. Divide by 170 grams (this is 6oz, I personally do 6oz chai concentrate/4oz milk to make a 12oz cup. Adjust to your needs). Multiply that number by 14g. The number you get will be the amount of sugar in grams that you will use to sweeten your batch. Just stir up your container before using as the tea and dissolved sugar will settle.
