Clafoutis

I used 12 oz thawed frozen cherries and baked it in a springform pan. The springform leaked a bit but since I noticed before it went in the oven I placed it on a parchment lined sheet pan - mess contained!

Came out great! Can't wait to try it with fresh cherries and other fruits!

  1. I just made a fantastic bread pudding using stale mini croissants and dried cherries. Shame I'm gluten sensitive and avoiding carbs - but my husband is in heaven! We also love clafoutis.

  2. Just tried it with raspberries the other night ... tasty, but the clafoutis kind of cracked like a cheesecake that doesn't cool slow enough.
