Sushi Vinegar

  • 1/4 C Rice Vinegar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 T mirin
  • 1/2 T salt

Heat over low in small saucepan until sugar and salt is dissolved

Enough to flavor 4 cups of rice.

(Use extra salt and sugar when making filling for Inarizushi)
